Norman is primarily responsible for sourcing and negotiating acquisitions and investments for the Venture. Norman previously served as the Vice Chairman of the Hampshire Companies and stepped down in 2019 from his position to devote his time and energy to the Hampshire Stateside Venture. Norman had been affiliated with The Hampshire Real Estate Companies since 1980 and officially joined Hampshire in 1998. During a 30+ year tenure with Hampshire, Norman was responsible for sourcing acquisitions, capital raising, investor relations activities and, for a period of time, served as Fund Manager of Hampshire’s HNW Real Estate Fund.

Norman currently serves as a Director of Malvern Bancorp, Inc, a publicly listed Bank and InPoint Real Estate Income, Inc., a Commercial Mortgage REIT. Norman has been investing in real estate since 1974 and served as President and Counsel to The New Jersey Apartment Association and was a Regional Vice President of the National Apartment Association and practiced real estate law for more than 25 years.

Norman holds a B. A. degree from the University of Connecticut and a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School.
