Our company is a venture between affiliates of The Hampshire Companies and Stateside Capital Partners that capitalizes on the vast experience of seasoned real estate professionals and expertise in working with institutional investors from around the world.

Hampshire-Stateside draws upon both the experience of the affiliates of The Hampshire Companies’ 60+ year track record as asset manager, owner, developer and property manager of real estate investments, and the principals of Stateside Capital Partners 20+ years of working with off-shore investors as well as developing and investing in real estate. The Company’s primary objective is to acquire institutional quality investments in partnership with investors domiciled in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region with the ability to custom tailor investment programs to meet the objectives of any particular investor.

Hampshire-Stateside is committed to delivering superior risk-adjusted returns and an operating platform based on total transparency that builds true, long term relationships with our partners in the GCC. We co-invest with our partners to ensure our interest are aligned.
