Louis is responsible for structuring the investment transactions and works closely with both Ventures’ acquisition team and its inbound investing partners. Louis also is a co-founder and Principal of Stateside Capital Partners, LLC and has been working with GCC investors for 20 years and is well versed in offshore tax and Sharia principles.

Over a nearly 30 year career, Louis was previously was a partner at Fidelity-AMG Realty Partners, LLC , an operating partner for offshore funds, and a Principal of GC Capital Partners, LLC, an advisory firm representing GCC based investors acquiring real estate in the United States and Europe. Other past positions include Director of Sentinel Real Estate Investment Corp. where he established its first joint ventures for Middle East based investors and Vice President of Investments and Counsel to ARC Properties, Inc. and their affiliated REIT. Louis was also an attorney specializing in the areas of real estate, REITs and taxation and is still an active real estate investor and developer and has completed projects for national tenants including Costco.

Louis is a licensed NYS real estate broker and graduated from New York University with a BA with honors and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Taxation from New York University. Louis is a member of the ICSC, Hellenic American Bankers Association and Arab Bankers Association of North America.
