Jon brings 55 years of real estate investment and development experience and is also the Chairman and Founder of the Hampshire Companies. His primary role is to oversee and evaluate the strategy of the Venture as well as its investment program. Jon also serves as a Director of Yankee Global Enterprises and Chairman Emeritus of Health South Corporation and the National Football Foundation College Hall of Fame. Previously he was lead director for Prudential Financial Inc. and served as a director of CD&L. He was also the former Chairman of Pascack Community Bank which was sold to Lakeland. In 2011, Jon received the B. Kenneth West Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Association of Corporate Directors for his work promoting excellent corporate governance and director accountability
