Deborah serves as the Portfolio Manager for the Venture, overseeing its asset and property management responsibilities. Deborah is currently the Executive Vice President of The Hampshire Real Estate Companies and serves as the Fund Manager of Hampshire’s Legacy Group. She has been affiliated with Hampshire since 1983.

Deborah also serves as a Director of First Bank (NJ), a publicly listed bank, a Member of the Advisory Board of the Morristown Memorial Center and a Member of the Board of Governors of the School of Business of the College of Charleston. She is also a Board Member of NJ-NAIOP.

Deborah graduated Magna Cum Laude and holds a B.A. degree from Hope College.
