Managing Director and Chief Acquisition OfficerPrakash is primarily responsible for sourcing and underwriting the investments for the Venture. He is a finance and operations professional with extensive experience across various industries and markets. Prior to joining Hampshire Stateside, LLC, Prakash spent over 20 years in the Middle East working with prominent institutions in a senior management position. In his previous role, Prakash was responsible for overseeing and managing the entire transaction life cycle from sourcing, due diligence, deal modeling, structuring, financing, and execution. He was fortunate to work closely with some of the industry leaders in the Middle East which helped him to gain extensive experience in large scale Real Estate master plan developments, Family Office Portfolio management, K-12 Education management, and financial oversight of Professional Services companies.
Prakash is a CPA from Virginia Board of Accountancy. He is also a member of Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) India and Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.
